Cast Iron Kielbasa and Summer Squash Delight
Ingredients
• Two whole Kielbasa (Polish Sausage)
• Four medium sized Summer Squashes: 2 Zucchini, 2 Yellow
• Salt and/or Garlic Salt
• Pepper
Directions
Cut the sausages and squash into 1/4" thick slices.

In a cast iron skillet (we recommend vintage cast iron, such as Griswold), add the sausage slices. No need for cooking oil, as the fat in the sausage will suffice.

Cook sausages on low/med heat uncovered for approximately 10 minutes, flipping the sausages with a utensil, so they won't burn.

Add the squash and season to liking with salt/garlic salt and pepper, and stir it all in with the sausage.

Cover and continue to cook on low/medium heat for approximately 10 more minutes, stir every 4-5 minutes until done.

Serve by itself or with rice.
